Krafton’s popular battle royale game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is making a comeback in India. This game was banned about 10 months ago. After the decision of the government, this game was also removed from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

हालांकि, अब गेम वापसी कर रहा है. पिछले कुछ दिनों से इससे संबंधित रिपोर्ट्स आ रही थी, लेकिन अब Krafton ने आधिकारिक रूप से गेम की वापसी की पुष्टि कर दी है. बता दें कि BGMI कोई और नहीं बल्कि PUBG Mobile India का रिब्रांडेड वर्जन है, जिसे क्राफ्टन ने कुछ बदलाव के साथ लॉन्च किया था.

However, now the game is making a comeback. Reports related to this were coming for the last few days, but now Krafton has officially confirmed the return of the game. PUBG Mobile के सीईओ Sean Hyunil Sohn ने इसकी वापसी की जानकारी दी है. उन्होंने बताया, ‘हम भारतीय अथॉरिटीज के बहुत आभारी हैं, जो उन्होंने हमें Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) के ऑपरेशन को दोबारा शुरू करने को मंजूरी दी है. पिछले महीनों में सपोर्ट और धैर्य रखने के लिए हम भारतीय गेमिंग कम्युनिटी का भी आभार व्यक्त करते हैं.

PUBG Mobile CEO Sean Hyunil Sohn has informed about its return. He told, ‘We are very grateful to the Indian authorities, which they have approved us to resume the operation of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). We also thank the Indian gaming community for their support and patience over the past months.

उन्होंने बताया कि ये ऐप जल्द ही उपलब्ध होगा. पिछले कुछ सालों में भारत सरकार ने 300 से ज्यादा ऐप्स को बैन किया है, जिसमें BGMI एक मात्र ऐसे ऐप है, जो वापसी कर रहा है. इस कदम से साउथ कोरियन गेमिंग कंपनी को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी. Krafton ने भारतीय स्टार्टअप ईकोसिस्टम में 10 करोड़ डॉलर का निवेश किया है.

He told that this app will be available soon. In the last few years, the Indian government has banned more than 300 apps, in which BGMI is the only app that is making a comeback. This step will bring great relief to the South Korean gaming company. Krafton has invested $100 million in the Indian startup ecosystem.

पिछले साल किया गया था बैन

इससे भारत में तेजी से ग्रो कर रही ई-सपोर्ट इंडस्ट्री को बूस्ट मिलेगा. इस ऐप को सरकार ने पिछले साल बैन कर दिया था. क्राफ्टन ने इससे पहले दावा किया था कि जुलाई 2022 में BGMI ने 10 करोड़ रजिस्टर्ड यूजर्स का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है. बैन होने तक ये भारतीय बाजार में Android पर मौजूद सबसे ज्यादा रेवेन्यू कमाने वाले एंड्रॉयड ऐप्स में से एक था. इस गेम पर लॉन्च होने के बाद से ही लगातार सवाल उठा जा रहे थे

This will give a boost to the fast growing e-support industry in India. This app was banned by the government last year. Crafton had earlier claimed that in July 2022, BGMI has crossed the mark of 100 million registered users. Until the ban, it was one of the highest revenue earning Android apps available on Android in the Indian market. Questions were being raised continuously since the launch of this game.

चूंकि, ये PUBG Mobile का ही रिब्रांडेड वर्जन था और इसमें ज्यादा कुछ बदलाव नहीं किया गया था. यही वजह थी कई लोग इसे बैन करने की मांग कर रहे थे. यहां तक की Krafton पर आरोप लगा था कि कंपनी ने उन्हीं चीनी अधिकारियों को हायर किया है, जो PUBG Mobile India के लिए काम कर रहे थे.

Since, it was a rebranded version of PUBG Mobile and not much was changed in it. This was the reason many people were demanding to ban it. Even Krafton was accused that the company hired the same Chinese officials who were working for PUBG Mobile India.
